| Morris Kletzkin |
Morris graduated from the Washington College of Law of the American University in 1971. He subsequently was employed at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia as the Attorney Advisor for the Rules Committee. From 1973 to 1977 he was a trial attorney in the Civil Division of the Office of the Corporation Counsel, D.C. He joined the firm in 1977 and has been a partner of the firm since 1979.
Morris is the partner in charge of the firms general litigation group. He has extensive experience in representing insurers and insureds in connection with public liability issues, premises liability issues, automobile liability and employment law. He represents numerous self-insured corporations, governmental and quasi-governmental entities including counties, municipalities and regional authorities. He is an active litigator in the State and Federal Courts of the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area as well as other courts on the eastern seaboard.
In addition to being a member of the firms' Management Committee, he is active in numerous Bar Associations and community affairs.
He is married with two children and lives in Bethesda Maryland.
