Debbie graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1983 and received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 1979.
Debbie's practice has involved representing a wide variety of clients in transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, leasing, development, sales, mergers and venture capital transactions. Debbie has extensive experience in the representation of both landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leases for office, industrial and retail properties. Her clients include family owned businesses as well as major companies, pension fund advisors, life insurance companies, management companies and others.
Debbie became a Partner in 2004 after being of-counsel to the firm since 1997. She is a member of the District of Columbia and the California Bars.
