| David M. Astrove |
David graduated from The Columbia University School of Law in 1982 and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Throughout his career, David has represented clients in sophisticated real estate, corporate and finance related matters. His practice includes financings, acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, mergers, partnerships, leasing, development and venture capital transactions. His clients include national banks, individuals, institutional investors, family businesses, real estate investment trusts, foreign investors and start-up companies.
David became a Partner in 2004 after being of-counsel to the firm since 1997. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the American Bar Association.
